It's only right that my first post be of a cake I made for my good friend Lindsey, an extraordinary baker and blogger over at the
Law of Cupcakes. The recipe is my mom's and it is an incredible three-layer carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. It's both moist and dense with so much goodness per square inch that I dare you to get through more than a thin slice.
